Getting started: Steps to buying a home
You've decided to buy a house and may be wondering where to start, whether this is your first home purchase or you have purchased a home in the past, this guide will help you through the home buying process.
Buying Tip of the Month:
If you are purchasing a home and anticipate moving in less than 7yrs, consider a 5-7yr ARM. Rates are lower, in the early years allowing you to pay off the principal and build equity quicker. Beware of pre-payment penalties in case you sell your home.
