Sue Hicks is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. After moving to several different cities and states, including Charlotte for almost 15 years, she moved to the High Country to build a house on a farm that has been in the family for over 140 years. Moving to different cities and personally buying, selling and building quite a few houses has given Sue a unique perspective on what buyers and sellers need whether moving to a new home in the same city or moving to a home in a different state.
