I contacted Jason Eldreth in search for a realtor as I and my husband were in search to buy a piece of property in Tennesse. One of the best part with Jason is that he is highly responsive in so many ways in this digital age: texts, e-mail, signing and managing all documents digitally made steps part of contract writeup, reviews, signing, etc very quick and easy. Since we are out of state, this made things extra convenient for us, and gave us plenty advantage to act fast when we needed to. No cumbersome print-sign-and-scan experience for every document handling, just a couple of clicks. Very smooth!

On the rebound from a difficult listing experience I was interviewing for a realtor who shared my vision and expectations when a friend stated that, based on her experience with Rita Storie, she would not list with anyone else. If you are looking for a realtor who will go far above and beyond the call of duty and think outside the box, Jason Eldreth is that realtor. For health reasons, it is difficult for us to travel, yet we wanted to move across the country. Jason helped us search for, “see” via FaceTime, and negotiate to buy the perfect home for us, and we never saw it in person until we moved in! He assessed the house for handicap accessibility, got bids for modifications, and negotiated with the sellers to allow critical mods to be completed before we arrived for closing, so the house was move-in ready for our unique circumstances. We can’t say enough about how Jason made a challenging move a very positive experience for us. We highly recommend him.
